- Rental period begins on delivery and ends at collection
- Customers are responsible for items during the rental period
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings must be confirmed in advance
- Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation
- Prices are subject to availability and may change
4. Delivery & Collection
- We deliver to hotels, villas, and residences across Mauritius
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and return items
- Delays caused by incorrect information are not our responsibility
5. Use of Equipment
- Equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose
- Misuse or negligence may result in additional charges
6. Damage or Loss
- Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- In case of loss or severe damage, replacement charges may apply
7. Hygiene & Safety
- All items are cleaned and sanitized before delivery
- Customers must report any issues immediately upon delivery
8. Liability
BabyWonders is not liable for:
- Improper use of rented items
- Any injury or damage resulting from misuse
