1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may receive a partial refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery may not be refundable
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
3. Early Returns
- No refunds are provided for unused rental days once the rental has started
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If an item is delivered in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately
- We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible
5. Changes to Booking
- Customers may request changes (dates/items) depending on availability
- We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests
6. Non-Delivery Situations
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, refunds may not be issued
